This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for our products and services.

Products Eligible for Return and Refund Printful Products: Items fulfilled by Printful follow Printful’s return and refund policies.

Amazon KDP Print Books: Books printed and fulfilled by Amazon KDP are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies.

Handmade Items: Due to the unique nature of handmade items, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a resolution.

Digital Products: Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable.

Service-Based Offerings: Services such as instructional design, learning facilitation, and keynote speaking are non-refundable. Refund terms, if applicable, will be outlined in the individual service contract. 

Return Process If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@feelslikefun.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Provide a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue. Wait for our response with further instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your item is defective, a replacement may be provided based on availability.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Digital downloads and online courses.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Services once rendered.
